CNC PRECISION MACHINING
Precision machining is the process of removing excess raw material while holding close tolerance finishes to create a finished product. This is completed by using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment. It involves processes like turning, milling, and slotting.
CMM INSPECTION
We have a full CNC coordinate measuring machine which can be programmed directly from a solid model as well as a manual coordinate measuring machine, they form part of our Quality control room. We have a full range of measuring equipment to tackle most requirements.
ASSEMBLY WORK
We have the ability to assemble the components for you, we do everything from fitting bushes and recoils through to full assembly of component sets into completed hinges, clamps etc. We have a dedicated area for assembly work.
DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE
We can assist you with your design to suggest modifications that will make it easier and more efficient to produce.
