CNC milling machines
- 21 x CNC milling machines 3 & 4 axis, up to 1300 x 670 x 625 capacity.
- 5 of these with auto pallet changing.
- Including a Doosan DNM650 and a Doosan DNM6700 which work well for complex high accuracy 3 axis milling in all materials, specifically titanium.
- Including 3 x 5-axis CNC milling; Kitamura, a full 5 axis CNC and 2 x Doosan T4000L high speed 5 axis CNC machines for smaller componentry.
CNC turning machines
- 25 x CNC turning machines up to 80mm bar capacity 450 Ø x 1250 long.
- 11 of these are mill-turn lathes.
- Including a Citizen CNC swiss style lathe for long slender high tolerance components.
ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES
- 2 x CNC teach lathes.
- CNC slotting machine for the generation of splines keyways etc
- Cadcam with Solidworks, SolidCAM and a fulltime programmer
- Quality Control 2 x Coordinate measuring machines and full traceability on all measuring equipment in a temperature-controlled room.
